To handle incoming telephone calls, forward to tenants or take messages and send by SMS or email.
To maintain boardroom and discussion room bookings.
To handle courier, mail, fax - incoming and outgoing of the Business Centre.
To handle building maintenance matters e.g: electrical, air-cond, common areas and manage car space.
To administer tenants' complaints.
To check all suppliers' invoices and prepare for payments at the end of every month.
To check and maintain tenants "Charge of Account" - billing for all other services that tenants utilised and prepare the monthly summary for invoicing purpose.
To prepare housekeeping schedule for cleaners and security guards and maintain the records.
To handle collection - tenants and prepare report every week.
Candidate must possess at least a SPM or Professional Certificate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, IT or equivalent.
PC and Microsoft Office literate.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with positive attitude.
Have passion in pursuing a career in service industry.
