Penerangan Kerja
Kelayakan

• Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent; relevant certifications in pharmacy or healthcare are a plus.
• Previous experience in retail or pharmacy settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English; ability to communicate health-related information effectively.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent in handling transactions and performing basic calculations.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills is preferred.

Tanggungjawab

• Assist customers in finding products and provide information about pharmaceutical items, over-the-counter medications, and health-related queries.
• Maintain inventory levels by restocking shelves, checking for expired products, and organizing the store layout.
• Process sales transactions accurately, handle cash and electronic payments, and issue receipts.
• Support promotional activities and inform customers about ongoing sales or discounts.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, along with store policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff and management to ensure efficient operations.
