Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to build workforce capability.
Act as a trusted advisor in employee relations, promoting fairness and engagement.
Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and competitiveness.
Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Collaborate with EHS and QA teams to ensure adherence to occupational health, safety, and food manufacturing regulations.
Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
