Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years working experience in admin or customer service (clinic experience is an advantage).
- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Pleasant personality with strong teamwork and customer service attitude.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily administrative operations of the clinic.
- Manage clinic documentation, filing, and data entry.
- Prepare and update reports, letters, and basic administrative paperwork.
- Assist in purchasing, inventory tracking, and stock management.
- Ensure smooth clinic workflow and support the clinical team when needed.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management.
- Working hour options: with Sat alternate week or pm Monday to Friday only
