Job Description

We are hiring an operations-focused professional to support core business functions across administration, hr operations, and basic finance. This role plays a key part in keeping internal processes accurate, timely, and well-organized.

What You'll Do



Manage statutory and corporate documentation, including Company Secretary (COSEC) filings and compliance matters Coordinate with external service providers such as company secretaries, auditors, regulators, and legal advisors Run payroll and maintain employee data covering leave, attendance, and employment records Prepare HR documentation and assist with employee onboarding and exits Record financial transactions and support the maintenance of accounting records Assist with basic financial reporting, supplier payment tracking, and audit preparation

What We're Looking For



Diploma or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a structured corporate environment. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and common accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP) Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
