What You'll Be Doing:



Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls Providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the sales team General office administration works such as accurate document filing, keeping records, etc We are seeking candidates

proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia - speaking clients.

Day-to-day Web-team coordination. Knowledge of Salesforce software is an added advantage Prepare relevant weekly & monthly report. To undertake ad-hoc assignment or duty assigned when required

Requirements:



Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field. Able to meet deadline, able to multi-task with minimum supervision and capacity to work independently Fluent in English and Mandarin; Bahasa a plus Good attention to details and organizing skills Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word) with good writing skills
