Job Description

Job Responsibilities



1. Administrative & Operational Support



Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, record-keeping, filing, and documentation.

Maintain well-organized and up-to-date admin files and databases.

Handle petty cash, receive customer cash payments, and update payment records into the system.

Assist branch operations in preparing documents, forms, and reports as required.

2. SQL Database & Data Management



Execute SQL queries to retrieve, analyze and generate reports for management.

Update and maintain database accuracy, completeness, and system data integrity.

Ensure confidentiality and security of all system data.

3. Invoicing & Payment Tracking



Prepare, process, and track invoices accurately using the company system.

Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments or discrepancies.

Coordinate with customers and related departments to resolve billing or invoice issues.

4. Coordination & Communication



Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders (Operations, Accounts, Management).

Support procurement activities including stock availability checking, PO documentation, and follow-up with suppliers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
