Handle emails, calls, and correspondence professionally
Manage schedules, appointments, and office supplies
Assist in invoicing, data entry, and record-keeping
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members
Support daily operations and administrative tasks
Upload, edit, and manage products on Shopify
Update product descriptions, pricing and images
Create engaging visuals using Canva for marketing and promotions
Post and schedule Instagram photos & stories to enhance brand presence
Preferred:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Experience with Shopify (product uploads & edits)
Basic design skills using Canva
Familiarity with Instagram (posting, stories, engagement)
Able to multitask and work independently
Prior admin experience (preferably in e-commerce or retail)
Able to start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
