Job Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative and clerical support
Assist in coordinating training programs and client schedules
Handle client inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and phone
Maintain accurate records, documents, and basic reports
Support internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Business Administration or related field
Able to communicate in
Chinese (Mandarin)
Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia preferred
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, WhatsApp)
Experience in admin or service industry is an advantage
