Malaysian citizen.
Aged 21 years and above.
Possess at least a
Diploma in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
.
Good communication skills in both
Bahasa Malaysia and English
(written and spoken).
Proficient in using computer applications, especially
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
.
Experience in administrative work
is an advantage, but
fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Able to manage filing, correspondence, and reporting tasks efficiently.
Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Possession of a valid driving license and own transport
is an added advantage.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle document management, filing, correspondence, and general office data.
Prepare reports and meeting minutes as required.
Assist in human resource administration and general office operations.
Coordinate logistics and administrative support for departmental activities.
Answer phone calls and attend to customer/client inquiries.
