Computer literate, good in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel)
Handle basic documentation
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
Assist in office management and organization procedures
Input data into accounting system (familiar with SQL accounting system)
Others administrative work assigned from time to time
Can do multitasking work from time to time at the direction of the management
Assist sales team for submit loan application at bank
Doing monthly report for authority
Submitting Pekema APDVS and AP MITI application
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least min SPM certification /Diploma in Administration or equivalent
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
Able to work in dependently under minimum supervision
Good analytical and communication skills
Preferably someone who has knowledge in recond car and motorcycle automotive industry
