Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma
• Able to work under pressure and small company face paced environment
• Able to work overtime, and weekends
• Required Skill(s): Good communication, Fast pace working, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in Sales administrative related field will be an added advantage

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible to handle administrative and paper work related to Online Sales, Walk-in sales, inventory.
• Handle customer enquiry via social media and chat messanging app (whatsapp, FB, Google, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada, Webchat)
• Responsible to perform physical work such as stock count, stock picking and packing.
• Handle and fulfill customer orders
• Handle purchase order and payment to supplier
