1. Responsible in managing official schedule and time table such as appointments,
meetings, discussion, presentations and interviews, including reminding the date, time and venue of all appointments as and when required.
2. Responsible in handling all incoming telephone calls , including taking messages, scheduling meetings and appointments.
3. Responsible in managing memorandums and mails and making sure all official memorandums and mails re distributed to officers concerned.
4. Responsible in managing official trips such as air ticket, visa, passport as well as
relevant tourist guide and information.
5. Responsible in managing s work schedule (recording incoming work, monitoring
deadline and keeping a list of outstanding work).
6. Responsible in assisting other officers in general administrative works such as xeroxing, binding, typing and sending out memorandums and mails.
7. Responsible in managing the Section's calendar (information of staff on leave, leave plan, attending courses, seminars, workshops, conference and meetings).
8. Responsible in ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the office area, particularly her/his own Section.
QUALIFICATIONS
Academic Qualifications: Diploma in Secretarial Science or its equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year related experience would be useful.
