Job Description

Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Assistant professional to manage both administrative tasks in inventory and accounting functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be skilled in office management, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. This role requires strong organizational abilities, a good understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Inventory & Stock Management:



Monitor and update stock in/out records in the inventory system. Conduct regular stock checks (stock take) and perform stock adjustments when necessary. Ensure stock levels are sufficient and raise purchase requests as needed.

2. Documentation & Reporting:



Prepare and manage documents such as Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and Invoices. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.

3. Accounting Support:



Review and verify purchase and sales documents for accounting purposes. Assist in preparing records related to cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation. Liaise with the accounts department to ensure consistency between physical and financial records. Support the preparation of month-end inventory and asset valuation reports.

4. System Usage:



Use inventory and accounting software such as SQL, AutoCount, or ERP systems to maintain data. Verify data entry accuracy and update records as needed.

5. General Administrative Tasks:



Organize and maintain proper filing of documents and records. Handle emails or calls related to suppliers, deliveries, or accounting documentation. Assist other departments with inventory or basic accounting tasks when required.

Qualifications:



Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles. Proficiency in accounting software ( SQL ) Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
