Perform daily administrative and office support tasks
Maintain and update customer records, invoices, and company data
Prepare documents such as quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally
Organize and manage files, correspondence, and company documents
Assist with basic accounting tasks such as payments, receipts, and records
Schedule appointments, meetings, and daily tasks
Liaise with suppliers and related parties
Support the team with operational and administrative duties
Carry out other tasks as assigned by management
Manage social media
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
At least 1+ years' experience in related field. Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and office systems
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented
Dedicated, discipline & responsible with a positive attitude.
Able to work independently, meet deadlines and work well under pressure especially in peak season.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
