Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents and records
Assist in data entry, filing, scanning, and document control
Coordinate internal paperwork and submissions
Support project teams and management with administrative tasks
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Administration or related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
Good organizational and communication skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Pleasant personality and professional attitude
