Admin Assistant (lorry Workshop)

Job Description

Responsibility:



1. Data Entry of purchases and sales into the SQL accounting system.

2. Issuance of sales invoice for all incoming customers.

3. Responsible to collect all the documents from suppliers and other third parties, compile and pass to account department.

4. Maintain proper documentation and fillings, both physically and electronically.

5. Responsible for maintaining an accurate stock balance records and physical stocks. Ensure the record tally with the physically stock balances.

6. Other administrative tasks as and when assigned.

Requirement:



1. At least SPM certificates. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are welcome

2. Required Language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

3. Possess basic computer skills. (ie: Excel & Words)

4. Keen learner with positive attitude and attention to details

5. Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment

6. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
