Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • * SALES SUPPORT
  • Processing Order Receiving and Billing (Quotation,DO,INVOICE).
  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Handle and monitoring existing customers details and account given by sales team.
  • Mainly focuses on coordinating with sales team and valued customers.
  • Arrange customer orders delivery accordingly.
  • Bookeeping & Filling.
Requirements:
  • Familiar with AUTOCOUNT ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.
  • ABLE to use BM & ENGLISH, MANDARIN are preferable.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess at least SPM/Diploma /DEGREE in relevant field; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant will be a plus.
  • Able to perform multi- task and work independently.
