Job Description




Responsibilities:

  • assist in daily office operation
  • answer incoming calls and emails
  • attend to walk-in visitors
  • ensure office and meeting room cleanliness
  • liaise with cleaning vendor (weekly)
  • assist in purchase of any office equipment / stationeries and staff refreshments (monthly)
  • liaise with government officer in business licenses matters such as renewal etc
  • assist in fixed asset tagging
  • any other duties to be assigned from time to time
Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Must be able to speak and write in Mandarin
  • Minimum SPM / Diploma
  • Minimum 2 years of admin role experience
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel if required
  • Detail-oriented and self-independent
  • Good to have minor accounting working knowledge though not essential
Additional Information
  • 5 days\' work week
  • Near to MRT station with feeder bus right in front of the office building
  • 14 days Annual Leave
  • Observed all KL public holidays
