Job Description


  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, good communications skills, able to liase with other department.
  • Candidate who are fluent in Mandarin will be given priority.
  • Familiarity with software (excel & word)
Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
  • Perform data entry
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Maintain office supplies for department
