Job Responsibility At Funnel Duo Media Sdn Bhd, an Admin Assistant, include replying to customer enquiries, assisting with customer problems, and participating in marketing events under the supervision of supervisor. Responsibilities Managing day-to-day administrative tasks Assist in daily administrative duties and assist management in Customer Relationship ( RM). Provide fast and timely solutions to all customer product-related queries Handle the processing of all customers enquiries with accuracy and efficiency Answer phone calls, monitor and reply to messages and emails professionally Create and update customer records and databases. At the same time, submit timely reports on marketing events data and statistics. Compile, collect and check documents according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Support flexible schedule marketing events when required (ensure events provide the best experience for participants). Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure the resolutions. Enhance and improve the current process Dealing with incoming and outgoing communications channels Any tasks assigned by the superior from time to time Results Ensure customer satisfaction and increase sales for respective projects.
