To ensure Sales Consultant complete all documents relating to loan submission and registration in booking file and order form fully filled and duly sign.
To generate insurance and process new registration in company and MYSIKAP system.
To provide Sales Consultant with information and solutions relating to vehicle sales to meet their needs and desires.
Handle all documentations relating to vehicle sales in the sales office.
Prepare and generate monthly reports as well as monitor the renewal of vehicles road tax and insurance.
To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
To prepare and maintain proper records and files of all the customers.
Monitor and ensure timely disbursement from end-financer.
Follow up on progress billings, collection and within the stipulated time-frame
To arrange PUSPAKOM Inspection. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with JPJ / PUSPAKOM regarding any issued related.
Monitor, planning and liaise with Finance department regarding MYSIKAP and excise fund.
To prepare invoice for Bank and customer (key-in into system).
Liaise with stock controller regarding vehicle stock and allocation.
To prepare all Memo relating to Sales department (refund, endorsement etc).
Requirements:
Minimum SPM or equivalent with automotive related experience
Preferably with some working experience in administration, stock handling and customer service \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu
Committed and resourceful
Ability to interact with all levels of people to address arising issues
Independent and able to work under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to multi-task effectively and adhere to deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
