Handle and organize all rental-related documents, records, and files (softcopy & hardcopy).
Maintain proper filing system for rental agreements, customer records, and invoices.
Prepare, check, and update reports and forms related to rental operations.
Support the rental team in daily administrative and documentation tasks.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Assist in general office administrative duties when required.
Requirements:
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF).
Good communication and organization skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
