Answering phones and emails.
Issue of Invoice and Delivery orders.
Drafting emails and preparing outgoing quotation.
Organizing files and databases.
Coordinating delivery arrangements.
Handling general office duties and providing support to staff members.
Preparation of all labels for courier or transport deliveries.
Knowledge of SQL accounting system for billing purpose.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
