Workplace: Woodman HQ Job Scope:- \xe2\x80\xa2 To handle documents related to certification. \xe2\x80\xa2 To deal with co-workers. \xe2\x80\xa2 To communicate with government agencies and contractors/suppliers. \xe2\x80\xa2 To plan and implement. \xe2\x80\xa2 To oversee the overall administrative functions. \xe2\x80\xa2 To oversee the administrative operations controls functions compliance with company policies and procedures as well as statutory requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 To perform any other duties assigned as and when is required. Job Requirements:- \xe2\x80\xa2 Full Time (Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm, Sat 8 am-12 pm) \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess valid driving license and able to drive. \xe2\x80\xa2 Education level: Diploma and above. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferable with working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in oil palm plantation and certification will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel or outstation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong time management skill. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal communication and report writing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently.
