Job Description


Candidates must posses basic administrative woks and able to work comfortable with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must possess valid driving license - Perform data-entry
- check and key-in Sales Slip of all myDobi Outlets
- Experience in Billing [Chase payment and update]
- Assist in administrative/office works whenever required
- Set-up organized & maintain filing records
- Update status & tracking reports, process and distribute documents effectively Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- At least one year of experience in general administrative works
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented
- Good communication, coordination, strong sense of teamwork, and strong execution of work initiative
- Strong & brilliant verbal and written communication skills both English & BM, and able to communicate well with all levels of staff
- Proficient in the latest version of Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision
- Willing to provide support after working hours Job Type: Full-time Salary: From RM1,800.00 per month Education:
