to support our administrative and finance operations. You will handle day-to-day office administration, assist in basic finance tasks, and ensure proper filing and documentation of company records.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office administrative tasks, including correspondence, scheduling, and document handling.
Maintain and update company records and other confidential documents.
Handle office supplies inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
Coordinate courier services, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
Assist in the preparation, verification, and filing of financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
Maintain proper filing and organization of finance-related documents for audit and reference purposes.
Support data entry of transactions into accounting systems.
Assist with petty cash management and expense tracking.
Coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely submission of documents and reports.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all administrative and financial matters.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.
1-2 years of relevant working experience in administrative or finance support roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good organizational and filing skills with attention to detail.
Able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
