Job Description

We are looking for

FEMALE

candidates who wish to WORK WITH US at our company.

Job Responsible:



Assisting & supporting in ALL daily office administrative tasks. Compile and update company documents. Manage official phone calls & emails (if required). Assist in preparing reports, correspondence and related files (if required). Ensure that records and office systems are always in order. Complete any other duties assigned by management (if required).

Job Requirements:



Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Education Level (pursuing / obtained) : SPM and above Willingness to learn, highly disciplined, efficient in time-management and direction

Ability to work independently, have a healthy body and RARELY EL/MC


Working Days: Monday to Friday, Saturday (optional)

Working Hours: 9am to 6pm (Got 1 hour rest)

Please make sure u have transport to come to work (need to travel, meet clients & send documents when needed)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Temporary

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
