1. Purchasing (ePerolehan)



Prepare Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO). Obtain quotations and perform price comparisons. Follow up on the delivery status of goods/services. Review invoices, delivery orders (DO), and ensure alignment with PO. Maintain procurement records in accordance with company procedures. Assist in price negotiations, terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare monthly purchasing reports.

2. Documentation



Organize, store, and update all documents (PO, PR, quotations, invoices, DO). Ensure both physical and digital filing systems are properly maintained. Prepare supporting documents for audit purposes. Assist in preparing operational reports. Ensure all contracts, licenses, and permits are valid. Develop and maintain a tracking system for document status.

3. Operational Support



Assist operations in logistics, inventory, and goods delivery. Act as a liaison between operations, finance, and suppliers. Support project management (proposal papers, reports). Assist in preparing operational and purchasing SOPs. Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.

4. General Administration



Prepare official company correspondence. Manage meeting schedules and minutes. Perform data entry, scanning, and photocopying tasks. Support office inventory management. Carry out other tasks as instructed by superiors.

Job Requirements



Education:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:

At least 1-2 years of working experience in purchasing, administration, or related roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for junior positions).

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of procurement procedures, documentation, and inventory systems. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and negotiation abilities. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
