Job Description

Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
Dealing and responding with email enquiries
Managing and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
Responsibile for Data entry(sales figures, property listings etc.)
General office management such as ordering stationary
Arranging both internal and external events
Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
Providing administration support to Sales Reps and management
Develop and maintain a filing system.

Requirements:
Proven 1 year experience as an administrative clerk or administrative assistant.
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Mandarin Speaker are an added bonus.
