Monitor expiry dates and ensure all documents are renewed on time.
Liaise with insurance agents, JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and relevant authorities.
2. Tender Management
Assist in preparing and submitting
tenders for scrap and other related tenders
from customers.
Maintain tender documentation, records, and follow up on submission deadlines.
Coordinate with customers for tender updates and requirements.
3. Documentation & Filing
Organize, manage, and maintain
office filing systems
for easy retrieval.
Ensure all documents are properly labelled and stored.
4. Scanning & Record Keeping
Scan, save, and archive documents systematically.
Ensure all digital documents are backed up and stored in the correct folders.
5. General Administrative Support
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, preparing letters, and updating records.
Support management in any additional administrative duties as required.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Gmail).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented and responsible.
