Oversee daily facility operations including cleanliness, security, and maintenance
Coordinate with vendors for housekeeping, security, repairs, and maintenance services
Monitor facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and company policies
Maintain records related to facility maintenance and service contracts
General Administration
Handle office supplies procurement and inventory control
Manage reception, calls, emails, and general correspondence
Manage all incoming and outgoing courier and mail services
Welcome and assist visitor, arrange meals, refreshments, and beverages for visitor
Any Ad-hoc tasks from time to time
