Responsibilities:
Handle patient registration and appointment scheduling
Answer phone calls and assist with patient inquiries
Manage daily clinic administration and records
Support billing and payment processes
Assist with basic inventory and supplies management
Requirements:
Minimum
SPM qualification
Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Word, etc.)
Good communication and customer service skills
Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
Willing to learn and work in a team
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday,
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
