Well-organized with strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of MS Office
Any degree or diploma in Account & Finance, Business, administrative or related education.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia / Bahasa English (Mandarin. will be a plus)
Team player with a pleasant personality
Responsibilities:
Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth operations
Organize and file daily documents
To ensure accurate, prompt and up-to-date system entry.
Responsible to liaise with Purchasing / Store / Sales department etc.
Carry out tasks as assigned by head of department.
