We are seeking a motivated and reliable Admin Assistant to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting the Purchasing function of the Company and daily administration work.
Responsibilities:
Fully in charge of the purchasing functions, including sourcing for suppliers.
Provide general administrative support to the CEO offices.
Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for records.
Qualifications:
Possess SPM certificate / Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Proficiency in Chinese / English and Malay.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently, responsibly and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
