Job Description

Help with basic admin work like filing, scanning, and data entry Update and organize documents, records, and folders. Keep track of tools and equipment for the Site and Production teams. Assist the team with booking request by employees for hotels and cars Assist with checking office supplies and simple office tasks. Retrieve the company assets ie tools during staff clearance process. Arrange courier services for item delivery when necessary. Support any ad-hoc tasks given by the team.

REQUIREMENTS



Minimum SPM Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English (speaking, writing, understanding) Punctual and disciplined Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
