- Prepare cash flow statements and payment vouchers.
- Compile and process documents for payments.
- Manage and coordinate insurance matters for company vehicles.
- Provide administrative support to secretarial staff.
- Maintain organized filing systems and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Possess a pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both English and Malay (spoken and written).
