An Administrative Assistant has the primary responsibility to support the Administration Department with the school's operations.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following:
1.? ?Assist with event planning details and logistics.
2.? ?Schedule conference rooms, interview rooms, and classrooms.
3.? ?Scan/copy administrative forms for applications and meetings.
4.? ?Fill out forms for immigration, administration and admission purposes.
5.? ?Provide general administrative help and handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
6.? ?Maintain and update reception room monitor with current information/content.
7.? ?Organise student and employer survey data.
8.? ?Maintain spreadsheet data, compile and analyse information.
9.? ?Provide customer service. Greet visitors and clients, manage front desk responsibilities, and handle enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
10.? ?Maintain and manage inventory of books, educational materials and supplies.
11.? ?Prepare academic reports, records and statistical statements as required by the CEO.
12.? ?Assist and support the Academic Team in their day-to-day tasks.
13.? ?Ensure the effective and quick resolution of conflicts and complaints.
14.? ?Compile, maintain, and file all hard copy and soft copy reports, records, and other documents required including accurate and timely reports.
15. Other tasks assigned by the Employer from time to time.
