To manage Inbound and Outbound document management -All types of mails to both internal and external (mails, postages, e-mails, faxes & couriers.
Dispatch and Pool Drivers Management (designating work to the drivers and dispatches).
To prepare Air travel booking and travel insurance, Hotel Bookings and updating corporate activities, accommodation arrangements for Minco expatriates & Engineers.
Meal arrangement for company events.
Other miscellaneous work in the Department i.e. assisting in fleet management, procurement, building.
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
2. Monthly/Any Occurrences
Reports/Records
Arrangement payment for external client for DHL Express and Nationwide Express.
Preparation of monthly Statistics on travel for HOD's review.
3. Additional Task -
Assist fleet unit.
Handling Minconsult event.
Job Requirement
Possess any Certificate/SPM or any equivalent
Minimum 1 years and above of relevant working experience.
Computer literate with good command of spoken and written English.
Possess initiative, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and public relations skills with ability to communicate and liaise directly with people at all levels.
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
Applicants should be flexible and able to do OT whenever required.
Applicants must be Malaysian and willing to work in PETALING JAYA.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
