Job Description

Company : Tractors Petroleum Services

  • Responsible for all parts sourcing under Electrical and Instrumentation department (E&I)
  • To assist Engineer on Purchase Requisition (PR) preparation and documentation.
  • To coordinate with site employee and subcontractor documentation / registration arrangements under E&I contract
  • To keep track of open service order and obtain the customer acceptance upon project completion.
  • To prepare invoice and submit to customer upon receiving customer acceptance.
  • Assist team unit in commercial submission of bidding exercise as and when required.
  • To manage and maintain vendor record / pool and database
  • To assist immediate supervisor in any other sales and service related function and other duties from time to time as and when required.
  • Assist team unit in preparing sales report / presentation as and when required.
  • Frame contract management
  • Vendor performance evaluation
