Handle overall process of purchase order for company and warehouses.
Monitore despatch and courier daily activities.
Handle administrative activities such as Office Maintenance, Office Security, Utilities analysis etc.
Provide assistance in the absence of Front Desk Personnel.
Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Provide administrative support to the department's operations.
To undertake other ad hoc responsibilities and duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM in any field.
At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Pleasant and good interpersonal skills.
Possess good telephone etiquette, committed and with good work ethics.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant software application.
