Sales Order :

Open the Sales Order from system, print out and issue to Security Personnel After goods loaded and weigh at weighbridge, need to ensure no variance. If the quantity loaded is more than the specified figure in order form, must call Sales HQ for verification. After everything settled and in order, can proceed for gate pass issuance by security personnel.
Security Task :

To assist on Vehicle Control Form (VCF) and Gate Pass issuance. To ensure Company premises and properties are guarded and in good condition. To report immediately any incident during patrolling factory compound to the H.O.D and record in the logbook for reference. To ensure employee personal belongings, vehicles and any package brought in and out of the factory premises are checked. To record visitor or contractor personnel particulars, time in and out and to issue Visitor Contractor Pass before allowing the personnel to enter factory. To ensure factory employees follow the Company's Rules & Regulations. To escort employee to collect items from the store after working hours, Sunday & Public Holidays. To record all lorry in & out in the logbook (oil tanker, flour tanker, container, cargo lorry, etc) Additional job will be assigned by the Superior or Management as and when necessary.
Job Requirements :

Minimum qualification SPM At least 1 year experience in the related field. Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services equivalent. Physically fit and always mentally alert, responsible and honest, and able to work for long hour, shift and on weekend Able to work in team and receive instruction without failed Candidate possessed own transport and valid driving license Willing to work in Pulau Indah

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
