Sob description:
Import & Export Shipment documentations.
Incharge of processing shipping document (BL, Packing List and etc) for customers
Update and register outwards report based on booking received or order form sales
Liaise with external parties such as liners, agent and customer on the shipping documents requirement or payments issue prior to release documents to customer
Processing government document such as PHYTO, MICCI, MITI and etc to customer and ensure no delay of submission for approval.
Ensure local charges for export to be in place and deliver documents to customer on time.
Assisting import department in updating incoming containers and etc.
Able to assist export operations in term of communication with hauliers and sent requisitions to them.
Any job that deemed to be required by company.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification Diploma, STPM or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field is required.
Must have good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, fast learners, self-driven, ability to work independently also a team player and literacy in MC Office applications.
Willing to work in Pulau Indah
Possessed valid driving licenses and own transport
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
