Provide administrative support to the Property Management department, including documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Liaise with hostel tenants to handle check-in, check-out, and accommodation-related matters.
Ensure all hostels are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with safety and company standards.
Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to arrange repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
Prepare and update property and hostel inventory lists, tenancy records, and maintenance reports.
Support the department in monitoring utility usage and monthly expense tracking.
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls related to property and hostel operations.
Assist in any other administrative tasks assigned by the Property Executive or Manager.
