Responsibilities



Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office Carries out administrative duties such as filing, organizing, assist QS in copy and scanning claim and drawing To provide and arrange stationary for employees Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication. Provides information by answering questions and requests. To liaise with Site Person or person in charges regarding project order and arrangement.

Education and Experience Requirements



Minimum Diploma or Equivalent At least 1 years of administrative assistant experience (Fresh graduate are encourage to apply) Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Power Point and Adobe Acrobat
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
