We are a local company with 22 years of experience being one of the Industry expert in providing total environmental solutions. We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Admin Assistant to join our team!

(Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Responsibilities:



Raise purchase requisition and handle purchase order. Prepare poison order for chemicals and record. Prepare SRF, chemical stock check and stock take. Handle employee's CIDB renewal and related training. Handle employee's travelling claims. ISO documentations. Handle petty cash.

Other tasks



Handle other admin related tasks from time to time.

Requirements:



Preferably 1-2 years working experiences. Candidate must possess minimum Diploma. Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel. Good communications skill (speak & written). Quick learning, detail-oriented and excellent analytical skills. Willing to learn and team player attitude (training will be provided). Language: English & Malay.

Work Schedule:



Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 5.45pm Saturday (alternate): 8.30am - 12.15pm

Job Location:



Puchong Office, Selangor
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
