Job Description

We are a specialist contractor in Aluminium and Glazing Works, committed to delivering excellence in construction projects. As we expand, we are looking for a reliable and well-organised Account cum Admin Assistant to support our project and office operations.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide general administrative support to the project and office teams. Maintain and organise office documents, files, and databases systematically. Perform basic accounting tasks including data entry and record keeping. Assist in day-to-day office operations and coordination.

Requirements:



Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. 1-2 years of relevant working experience. Strong organisational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal). Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,300.00 per month

Work Location: In person
