Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Provide administrative support for our operations team. Prepare reports and other documentation as needed. Maintain and update system. Maintain records and organize filing. Handle license applications for events and business. Prepare meetings and take minutes of the meeting. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
