Handling incoming & outgoing correspondence including emails and phone calls.
Assisting with scheduling appointment, making travel and accommodation bookings.
Operating & maintaining office equipment like printer, replenishing office supplies as needed.
Sourcing suppliers based on price, availability, necessity, quantity & logistical expenses.
Any other duties which will be assigned to from time to time.
