We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions by managing data, resolving inquiries, and optimizing office processes.

Key Responsibilities



a) Data Management: Accurately update files and perform timely data entry into the system.

b) Problem Resolution: Address and resolve administrative issues and inquiries efficiently and professionally.

c) Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to streamline administrative processes, resulting in minimal errors and inquiries.

Job Requirements



a) A Graduate is welcome to apply.

b) Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (for data handling) and Word (for document preparation).

c) Strong organizational and time management skills.

d) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
